Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities as part of this critical role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. At this position, responsibilities encompass instructing and assessing students, crafting detailed schemes of work, lesson notes, and structured lesson plans. Additionally, the role involves evaluating students in clinical settings and providing academic guidance and counseling to foster their growth. You will collaborate on the design and development of tools to assess health training requirements, as well as establish criteria for evaluating educational materials tailored to diverse health disciplines. Part of the role includes analyzing training programs to gauge their effectiveness and alignment with current and anticipated health demands in your area of expertise. Implementing a competency-based curriculum, organizing ongoing education initiatives for health professionals, and conducting research—including operational studies—while mentoring students on research projects are also key duties. Furthermore, you will contribute to the formulation and execution of innovative training strategies.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees are preferred. Minimum of five years of professional experience in a comparable role is necessary. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential. Strong leadership and communication abilities are crucial. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing environments.

OR

Holders of a KMTC Higher Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery with a specialization in Clinical Forensic Medicine are required, possessing a minimum of six years of hands-on experience in the field.

Registered with the appropriate professional body, where applicable.

Executed all stipulations outlined in Article Six (6) of the Constitution.
