Seeking candidates with a minimum of three to five years of relevant professional experience. The ideal applicant will have accumulated substantial hands-on expertise within a similar role or industry. Efficiently execute secondary packaging processes to ensure products are prepared for shipment and meet quality standards, adhering to established production timelines and safety protocols.

Responsible for accurately categorizing and marking data to ensure clear identification and traceability, this role focuses on maintaining consistency and precision in all labeling processes. Candidates must possess meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow structured guidelines efficiently. Duties include verifying labels for correctness, updating records as needed, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies. Proficiency in relevant software tools and adherence to industry standards are essential requirements for success in this position.

Palletizing, storage preparation, and stringent adherence to quality and hygiene standards are essential responsibilities in this role.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and operational efficiency. Handle the creation, updating, and archiving of records while ensuring confidentiality and integrity. Verify the completeness and accuracy of all entries, and ensure timely retrieval of information when required. Adhere to established policies and procedures for record retention and disposal.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with established safety standards and regulatory requirements. Identify potential hazards in the workplace and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks. Provide training sessions to educate staff on safety procedures and the correct utilization of PPE. Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training activities. Collaborate with management to develop and enforce safety policies that promote a secure working environment.
