Oversee the full spectrum of responsibilities assigned to this role, ensuring all tasks are executed with precision and alignment to organizational objectives. The marketing team will evaluate tenders to determine their requirements, leveraging these insights to enhance the company’s strategic positioning. Additionally, they will design and implement tailored buying processes for each account to optimize efficiency. By assessing the therapeutic needs of key accounts, the team will identify gaps and potential opportunities for growth. Leading institutional communications during periods of currency volatility, they will oversee price adjustments to safeguard client retention. Furthermore, the team will gather and analyze critical sales data, providing actionable insights to inform executive decision-making.

Market Monitoring: Perform comprehensive market research to identify current and upcoming product requirements. Observe and assess competitors’ marketing strategies. Evaluate market trends and product performance, while supervising the introduction of new products to ensure successful market penetration.

Stay abreast of emerging developments in marketing and communication strategies while cultivating and sustaining high-quality customer service interactions.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. A bachelor’s degree in a science-related field is required.

With at least five years of experience in pharmaceutical or consumer sales, including at least two years in institutional or key account settings.

Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the primary organizations operating within the industry.

Demonstrated success in executing marketing initiatives, coupled with exceptional proficiency in analytical reporting, presentation delivery, and business review processes.
