JOB PURPOSE
This role involves supporting the strategic planning and daily operations of the Business Development Function, encompassing both General Business and Medical sectors, specifically for broker and tender operations. Additionally, the position is tasked with expanding assigned broker accounts and ensuring the quality and compliance of tender documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required. Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles essential. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment are mandatory.

Professionals with an extensive understanding of both General and Medical insurance principles are required. Candidates must demonstrate comprehensive expertise in these domains to effectively navigate and apply insurance frameworks.
Business development, underwriting, claims management, strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methodologies represent key operational areas for this role.
