Role Summary

Pearl Hospital is in search of a dynamic Marketing Assistant to drive digital content creation and execute impactful field marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for learning and a commitment to delivering high-quality deliverables.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, team management, and process optimization, while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project completion, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable outcomes that enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and implement corrective measures to maintain high standards of quality and compliance with established policies. Additionally, act as a liaison between senior leadership and departmental staff to facilitate communication, resolve escalated issues, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Creator to oversee the development and distribution of engaging digital materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, including writing, graphic design, and social media management. Responsibilities include crafting compelling articles, designing visuals, managing social media platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement. Proficiency in content management systems, SEO best practices, and multimedia tools is essential. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with at least three years of relevant experience. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are required to thrive in this role.

Produce engaging short-form video and photo content for social media platforms, leveraging a smartphone for capturing and editing.

Provide support in video editing processes through the use of accessible tools.

Craft captions and social media content in alignment with provided directives and creative direction.

Assist in implementing a weekly content plan efficiently and consistently.

Provide exceptional customer service via social media platforms by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues for our clients. Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and brand voice to ensure consistent, on-brand communication. Monitor social media channels for mentions of our company, engaging with users to foster positive relationships and mitigate potential PR crises. Track and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, measure customer satisfaction, and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and response strategies. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and support initiatives with broader business objectives. Requires proficiency in social media platforms, excellent written communication skills, and a minimum of two years of relevant experience in customer service or social media management.

Professionally publish approved materials across the hospital’s digital and print platforms in accordance with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.

Handle routine inquiries with appropriate supervision to ensure accurate and timely responses.

Monitor basic performance indicators, including page views and engagement rates, to assess content effectiveness and user interaction levels.

Field marketing professionals drive brand visibility and engagement through strategic, localized campaigns that connect directly with target audiences. They execute experiential activations, manage event logistics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying high-potential opportunities, and measuring campaign performance to optimize ROI. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required, along with 2–4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics, and project management software is essential, alongside strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates must demonstrate creativity, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset to thrive in dynamic environments.

Assist with organizing and executing community outreach initiatives and medical camp events.

Requirements
