Position Overview
The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring all farm operations adhere to local regulations, internal policies, and international certification requirements such as GLOBAL. A.P, META, LEAF Marque, and Rainforest Alliance. This position collaborates with the HR Department, Health & Safety Supervisor, and all field and production teams to uphold compliance standards, sustain audit preparedness, and foster a culture centered on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
This role involves overseeing and executing critical operational tasks, including process optimization, team coordination, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
