Develop and recommend strategic enhancements to the existing network infrastructure to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability.
Execute preventive maintenance activities systematically and produce detailed reports thereof.
Collaboratively conduct new site commissioning tests alongside equipment vendors, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and factory specifications to validate qualified links and sites.
Compile and submit reports on all maintenance related matters and attend to meetings daily for evaluation
Investigate and document the root cause of link failures by completing the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) form, providing supporting evidence whenever requested.
