ROLE SUMMARY

The E-Commerce Operations Associate for the Coast Region plays a pivotal role in directing fulfillment teams to guarantee precise, streamlined, and punctual order processing, while also managing inventory control, workflow optimization, performance oversight, and adherence to operational, quality, and safety protocols.

The position encompasses a multifaceted scope of duties and responsibilities designed to drive operational excellence and strategic growth within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leadership, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to navigate complex business challenges and foster innovation. Requirements include a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role, along with proficiency in industry-specific software and tools. Responsibilities entail overseeing cross-functional teams, developing and implementing scalable processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The role demands exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

We provide oversight and coordination to team leaders and fulfillment personnel, ensuring seamless daily operations within our e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities include managing the complete order fulfillment process, from initial picking and packing to accurate labeling and final dispatch.

Monitor and evaluate the team’s performance and productivity relative to established key performance indicators, including pick rate, on-time handover, and delivery targets.

Facilitate seamless collaboration among store operations, logistics, and customer service teams to guarantee punctual order fulfillment.

Ensure strict adherence to established operational procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures throughout all activities.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and assistance to team leaders and staff to enhance both efficiency and overall performance.

Prepare operational reports and promptly notify management of any delays, stock discrepancies, or system-related issues.

Ensure delivery quantities are accurate by implementing quality control audits in accordance with the loss prevention-defined control measures.

The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, and demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Essential skills include exceptional analytical thinking, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. Additionally, the role demands expertise in project management methodologies, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively under tight deadlines. A proven track record of delivering high-quality results and a commitment to continuous professional development are also required.

A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.

Seeking candidates with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or retail environments to ensure seamless order processing and inventory management.

Proven experience in supervisory roles or leading teams, demonstrating the capability to effectively manage frontline staff in environments with high operational demands.

Proven expertise in inventory management fundamentals, stock control methodologies, and operational warehouse procedures, including receiving, order picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with a strong aptitude for analyzing performance data to derive actionable operational insights.

Proven ability to lead teams effectively while fostering clear communication and seamless stakeholder coordination across operations, logistics, and customer service functions.
