Position Overview

The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring adherence to local regulations, corporate policies, and internationally recognized certification standards, such as GLOBAL. A.P, META, LEAF Marque, and Rainforest Alliance, across all farm operations. In this role, the Officer collaborates closely with the HR Department, Health & Safety Supervisor, and all field and production teams to uphold compliance standards, maintain audit preparedness, and foster a culture rooted in safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Overseeing a comprehensive range of duties, the position involves managing and executing critical tasks with precision. Responsibilities include leading project initiatives, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to established timelines and quality standards.
