To prioritize in-store visits, ensuring heightened retailer awareness and improved performance on SIMs and Float, while meticulously overseeing visibility and merchandising standards at the point of purchase for SOS and Trash agents.

Provide essential transaction tools at SSO and agent outlets, ensuring all necessary resources are available, and conduct training sessions for SOS and Trash agents on operational procedures.
Our responsibilities include delivering AML training to agents while also conducting tests to ensure compliance. Additionally, you will be tasked with training agents on SOS pertaining to the KYC process within the context of SIM REG.
Float and stock management responsibilities include monitoring and rigorously enforcing the 1.5x stock rule for agents while ensuring Sales Support Officers (SOS) maintain sufficient stock of SIM cards to facilitate seamless new registrations and activations.
Develop and uphold merchandising standards by ensuring the availability of merchandising materials at SSO and Agent outlets.
