Oversee a diverse range of essential duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure organizational objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively. Act as a pivotal point of contact for stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communication to drive project success and resolve interdepartmental challenges. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance productivity, compliance, and quality standards across all functional areas. Operate and oversee CCTV surveillance systems to maintain the safety and security of the premises. Ensure all incidents are documented accurately and reported without delay.
The Security team receives dedicated support in their day-to-day activities and adherence to compliance protocols, ensuring strict confidentiality while maintaining the organization’s established standards.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, proficiency in project management software, and a strong understanding of compliance regulations. The ideal applicant should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, familiarity with budgeting processes, risk assessment methodologies, and strategic planning is required. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as PMP or CPA.
Seeking candidates with under two years of hands-on experience in CCTV operations or security monitoring. Applicants must possess a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a discipline related to security.
Proficiency in managing surveillance systems and information technology infrastructure is required.
