Provide the necessary tools to facilitate transactions at SSO and agent outlets, and deliver comprehensive training to SSO and Trash Agents on the relevant processes.
Conduct AML training sessions and assessments for agents, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols and compliance with relevant SOS. Additionally, provide specialized training on Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as they pertain to SIM REG compliance.
Float and stock management responsibilities include overseeing and maintaining adequate inventory levels, while strictly adhering to the 1.5x stock rule for agents. Additionally, ensure Stock Sales Officers (SOS) have sufficient stock SIMs available to support new registrations and activations.
Merchandising–Develop and maintain merchandising standards by availing merchandising materials at SSOs and Agent outlets
