Qualifications & Requirements
A degree in the fields of Monitoring and Evaluation or Statistics is required for this position.
With a minimum of five years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), including at least three years in a senior or leadership capacity within the field, you will bring a wealth of expertise to this role.
Professional rewrite:
Proven track record in implementing non-profit or NGO programs within field-based environments, ideally in Kenya.
Demonstrates a strong background in monitoring and evaluation, with expertise in developing and enhancing data collection and measurement instruments.
Professionals should possess a proven track record in assisting program teams with leveraging data for continuous improvement, strategic decision-making, program refinement, and donor reporting requirements.
Proficiency with statistical software packages such as SPSS, STATE, Excel, Power BI, and comparable data analysis tools is required.
Proficiency in utilizing mobile data collection platforms, such as KoboToolbox, OK, Comm Care, or equivalent systems, is required.
Possesses robust qualitative capabilities, including conducting insightful interviews, crafting compelling narratives, and discerning meaningful patterns that extend beyond quantitative data.
Strong proficiency in crafting detailed reports and effective written communication skills are required.
