Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, optimize performance, and achieve organizational goals. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data to identify trends, and implement strategic improvements as needed. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a productive and inclusive work environment. Develop and oversee budgets, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial constraints while maximizing resource utilization.

Oversee the comprehensive management of properties, ensuring optimal operation and maintenance, while addressing tenant needs and resolving any issues promptly. Handle financial responsibilities, including rent collection, budget preparation, and expense tracking to maintain fiscal accountability. Conduct regular property inspections to verify compliance with regulations and standards, and coordinate maintenance tasks to uphold property conditions. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction. Ensure adherence to legal requirements and contractual obligations to mitigate risks and promote compliance.

Responsible for directing the daily operations and administrative functions of residential properties.

Oversee the onboarding of new tenants, administer lease agreements, handle lease renewals, and manage tenant exit procedures.

Address all inquiries from tenants and landlords with professionalism and efficiency.

Support rent collection operations, perform reconciliations, and develop management reports.

Ensure meticulous organization and up-to-date management of property records, tenant files, and lease agreements to maintain compliance and facilitate smooth operations.

Perform routine property inspections and verify adherence to mutually agreed-upon standards diligently.

The Facilities Management team is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the operational efficiency of all physical infrastructure, ensuring a safe, functional, and compliant environment. This role involves managing daily facility operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and implementing preventive measures to minimize disruptions. Additionally, the position requires adherence to regulatory standards, budget monitoring, and fostering strong vendor relationships to secure timely and cost-effective services. Proficiency in facility management software, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting are essential for success in this role.

Responsible for the comprehensive management of property maintenance, guaranteeing that all facilities remain in optimal operational condition.

Oversee both proactive and responsive maintenance initiatives encompassing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security, and general building systems.

Oversee the performance of contractors, suppliers, and service providers to uphold quality standards, control costs, and ensure deliveries are made punctually.

Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory mandates for every property under management.

Address facilities-related concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring swift resolution of any arising issues.

Ensure accurate upkeep of maintenance schedules, service logs, and regulatory compliance records.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or economics, is required. At least three years of experience in a similar role is necessary, with a proven track record in project management and data analysis. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also required to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with industry-specific software or tools is a plus.

A degree or diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a closely related discipline is highly desirable.

Several years of hands-on experience in property or facilities management is required.

Possesses excellent organizational and administrative abilities, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.

Effective interpersonal communication and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are essential.

Demonstrates strong competency in foundational reporting tools and standard office software suites, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow management.
