A degree in Monitoring and Evaluation or Statistics is required for this role, providing a strong foundation in data analysis, performance assessment, and evidence-based decision-making.
With a minimum of five years of professional experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), including at least three years in a senior or leadership capacity within the field, the ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in M&E methodologies and strategic oversight.
