The objective of this role is to fulfill specific organizational goals by executing key responsibilities and meeting defined performance standards. To craft and deliver beverages to guests with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy, upholding exceptional hospitality, hygiene, and satisfaction standards.

Oversee a range of critical responsibilities encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance evaluation to ensure organizational goals are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems that enhance productivity, compliance, and sustainability across departments. Lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement while maintaining accountability for deliverables and outcomes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, quality standards, and ethical practices while optimizing resource allocation and cost efficiency. Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to align initiatives with broader business objectives.

Prepare beverages by combining ingredients, adding garnishes, and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with established recipes and specific guest requests.

Engage guests with professionalism and warmth, utilizing in-depth product knowledge to deliver exceptional service, suggest beverages, and promote premium offerings to enhance their experience.

Oversee inventory levels vigilantly, initiate replenishment requests as needed, and maintain optimal storage conditions for spirits, mixers, and garnishes to ensure availability and quality.

Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards within the bar area, ensuring full compliance with food safety protocols and health regulations.

Process payments with precision, reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift, and provide customers with accurate receipts.

Devise unique, signature cocktails and collaborate on the development of seasonal beverage offerings, ensuring each drink aligns with the establishment’s brand and enhances guest satisfaction.

Ensure strict adherence to all licensing regulations, responsible alcohol service standards, and established company policies.
