ROLE PROFILE
Oversee and manage team leaders alongside fulfillment staff to uphold seamless daily e-commerce operations.
Provide comprehensive management of the entire order fulfillment cycle, encompassing picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch operations.
Evaluate team performance and productivity by comparing them against established KPIs, including pick rate, on-time handover, and delivery metrics.
To facilitate seamless order fulfillment, collaborate with store operations, logistics, and customer service teams to synchronize workflows and guarantee on-time delivery.
