As the driving creative behind our visual identity, you will transform exceptional real estate assets into engaging digital and print marketing assets. Your designs will span high-end property brochures, social media initiatives, agent branding, and presentation materials, all of which will play a pivotal role in drawing buyers, sellers, and elite real estate professionals to our organization.
Key responsibilities encompass overseeing project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, and fostering collaboration among team members to achieve organizational objectives. Create high-end, print-ready property brochures, flyers, direct mailers, and signage—including “For Sale” and “Open House” banners—for listed properties.
Maintain and enhance the Maestro Homes visual identity across every customer interaction, ensuring corporate presentations, website graphics, and agent materials consistently reflect our premium brand standards.
Collaborate closely with marketing colleagues, copywriters, and real estate agents to develop and implement innovative ideas for seasonal campaigns and brand promotions.
Professional property photography must be carefully selected, expertly cropped, and subtly edited to maintain a flawless appearance across every marketing platform.
Develop visual assets for both digital and print marketing initiatives, encompassing social media graphics, video thumbnails, outdoor advertisements, elevator promotions, and exhibition collateral—such as booth designs and brochures.
Produce and promote premium video content tailored for marketing initiatives, corporate events, internal communications, and various digital channels.
Seeking a candidate with a proven track record in the specified field, possessing the necessary expertise to excel in the role. The ideal applicant must meet all educational requirements and bring relevant professional experience that aligns with the position’s demands. A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a closely related field—or equivalent practical experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio—is required.
Professional graphic design experience of no less than two years is required.
Proficiency in real estate, architecture, luxury branding, or agency operations is highly beneficial.
A robust portfolio showcasing refined typography, cohesive layout design, and a contemporary visual style is essential.
Proficiency in photography, videography, and social media content creation is considered advantageous.
Proven capability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously while incorporating constructive creative feedback to refine and elevate deliverables within a high-pressure environment.
