Enter delivery data into the system and ensure all records are complete and accurate.
Ensure signed Proofs of Delivery (POD’s) are scanned and uploaded to maintain a repository that is readily accessible for audits.
Handle inquiries regarding documentation submitted by both internal teams and external clients.
Maintain organized hard copy and electronic archives while ensuring appropriate backup measures are in place.
Perform systematic audits on a regular basis to detect potential compliance risks and gaps in documentation.
Develop and execute corrective measures to address missing or incomplete Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position oversees all financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance with GAAP standards, and timely submission to regulatory bodies. The role involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, analyzing variances, and presenting findings to senior management to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the position collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes, implement best practices, and maintain robust internal controls. Strong proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills are required, along with a minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial reporting.

Deliver daily progress reports to transportation service providers regarding outstanding shipments.
Prepare and distribute weekly POD (Proof of Delivery) summary reports, accompanied by scanned copies, to designated clients.
Compile weekly KPI reports to assess delivery efficiency and Proof of Delivery (POD) performance.
Monthly billing reports must be submitted to the Finance department to facilitate the invoicing process.
Compile documentation for Proof of Delivery records to facilitate audits and client inspections.
