Additionally, the position is tasked with expanding assigned broker accounts and ensuring the precision and quality of tender documentation.

A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Public Relations, or another field within the Social Sciences is required.
A recognized professional qualification, such as Fellow status or ACID/AII, or alternatively, a Chartered Marketer designation, is required for this role.
A minimum of four years of experience in a managerial role is required.
Knowledge
A comprehensive understanding of both General and Medical insurance principles is essential.
Business development, underwriting, claims management, strategic planning, resource allocation, and production processes represent key functional areas of focus within this role.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to ethical standards and maintains a professional demeanor in all interactions.
