Oversee and execute core duties associated with the position, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Manage day-to-day activities critical to the role while maintaining high performance and efficiency. Provide proficient daily oversight and coordination of farm and learning hub operations.

Enhance productivity, maintain organizational excellence, and foster ongoing improvement within the farm systems and learning environments.

Develop and execute strategic work plans, allocate budgets, and establish operational schedules to ensure streamlined performance and optimal resource utilization.

Oversee the planning and execution of experiential learning initiatives, farm tours, educational sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and collaborative stakeholder engagement programs.

Support marketing and outreach initiatives by maintaining the farm as an engaging, practical learning environment and delivering timely updates, relevant content, and impactful success stories.

Drive income-generating efforts by implementing strategic agribusiness solutions, optimizing cost efficiency, enhancing productivity, and facilitating school and community visit programs.
