Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems, encompassing both water supply and drainage infrastructure.
Proficiently install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and associated plumbing infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with established standards.
Diagnose plumbing system malfunctions, including leaks, obstructions, and operational failures, and implement effective solutions to restore functionality.
Responsible for interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to facilitate installations and tenant fit-outs.
Maintain continuous adherence to health, safety, and building regulations to ensure full compliance at all times.
Maintain accurate documentation of plumbing activities, compile detailed reports on completed work, and oversee the inventory management of tools, fittings, and consumables.

Required Specifications
With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in plumbing or a comparable maintenance field, the ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation to the role.
Performed duties in the capacity of Artisan I or a comparable position.
Proficient in plumbing systems, drainage infrastructure, and water supply networks, with comprehensive technical understanding and practical experience.
Proficient in analyzing and comprehending technical drawings and blueprints is required.
Exceptional proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving is essential.
Capable of performing physically demanding tasks and meeting the demands of manual labor with strength and stamina.
