Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties to ensure seamless operations and strategic objectives are met. Implement and uphold policies, procedures, and best practices that align with organizational goals. Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation. Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to enhance visibility and credibility. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to cultivate long-term success. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards while mitigating risks across all business activities.

Responsible for organizing, leading, and managing daily activities within the estate and packhorse to align with established production objectives and quality benchmarks.

Achieve superior agronomic performance by overseeing crop management, implementing effective pest and disease control measures, and maximizing orchard productivity.

Oversee packhorse operations to ensure maximum pack-out rates and efficient throughput while upholding export quality standards.

Develop and oversee budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective financial management.

Leverage available resources strategically to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

Ensures adherence to established company policies, audit mandates, and corporate governance frameworks.

Uphold the upkeep of estate infrastructure, assets, and field cleanliness standards.

Foster healthy labor relations, maintain staff discipline, and oversee performance management initiatives.

Uphold compliance with established health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by management.

We seek candidates with a robust academic background and relevant professional experience. Applicants should hold a degree in a related field and possess a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the industry. Proficiency in key software tools and methodologies is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment are also required.

A diploma or degree in agriculture or a relevant discipline is required for this position.

With a minimum of five years of direct, hands-on experience in field husbandry, packhorse management, budget preparation, cost control, and financial management.

Proven track record in leading teams and managing personnel, complemented by exceptional administrative competencies and precise reporting abilities.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in operational management and strategic planning capabilities.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal aptitude, are essential for fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring seamless information exchange across teams and stakeholders.

A strong adherence to ethical standards and a dedication to upholding corporate governance principles are essential.
