Maintaining precise and up-to-date Human Resource records is essential. This role demands diligent organization and punctual updates to ensure accuracy at all times.
Developing and applying human resource management directives in accordance with established policies, regulations, and standard protocols.
Overseeing payroll operations and ensuring accurate, timely compensation disbursement to employees.
Compiling and preparing detailed reports regarding the execution of performance management systems, with a particular emphasis on performance appraisals, is a key responsibility of this role. Additionally, the position involves analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of these systems and ensuring that all reporting meets established organizational standards. The incumbent will need to maintain accurate records, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support continuous improvement in performance management processes.

Person specification
To qualify for this grade, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Over a span of nine (9) years of professional experience, with at least three (3) of those years dedicated to the role of Senior Human Resource Management Officer—or an equivalent position in either the Public Service or Private Sector.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent credential from an accredited institution is required.
OR
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Sociology, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Commerce, supplemented by a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/Development or an equivalent credential from a reputable institution.
Registered with the Institute of Human Resource Management (HRM), the candidate meets the professional standards and requirements set forth by this esteemed organization.
Recognized academic institutions must award the Management Course qualification.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing a range of computer software and applications effectively.
