What we’re looking for:
A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a large-scale hospitality environment is required.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent discipline, complemented by either the CHRIS or SPHR certification, is required.
Proven proficiency in Kenyan labor laws and the Human Resource Management Information System (HRIS).
Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong aptitude for resolving conflicts, are essential for this role.
