Oversee and execute critical tasks encompassing strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives forward. Develop and implement comprehensive policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards. Monitor team progress, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through mentorship and professional development initiatives. Lead high-priority initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and align departmental goals with broader company vision to maximize productivity and innovation. Serve as a key liaison between senior leadership and operational teams, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on key decisions and priorities.

Plan, coordinate, and ensure the seamless execution of daily estate and packhorse operations while maintaining alignment with established production targets and quality standards.

Deliver outstanding agronomic performance by optimizing crop management practices, implementing robust pest and disease mitigation strategies, and maximizing orchard productivity levels.

Oversee packhorse operations to ensure maximum pack-out efficiency and throughput while upholding export quality benchmarks.

Develop, oversee, and manage budgets while ensuring financial discipline by tracking expenditures and optimizing cost efficiency.

Leverage resources strategically to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

Ensures adherence to company policies, audit mandates, and corporate governance frameworks.

Oversee the upkeep of estate infrastructure, assets, and field cleanliness standards to ensure optimal functionality and appearance.

Foster positive labor relations, maintain staff discipline, and enhance performance management practices.

Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and protocols.

Perform any additional responsibilities as directed by management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational needs.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of related professional experience. The ideal applicant will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Additional certifications or specialized training in the field may be advantageous.

A degree or diploma in Agriculture or a related discipline is required for this position.

With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in field husbandry, packhorse management, budget preparation, cost control, and financial management, you will bring proven expertise to this role.

Demonstrates a proven track record in leadership and team management, coupled with exceptional administrative proficiency and the ability to deliver clear, concise reports.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in operational management and strategic planning, with a proven ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively. Exhibits adeptness in organizing workflows, optimizing processes, and coordinating resources to achieve organizational objectives. Combines analytical thinking with practical execution to ensure seamless operations and sustainable performance.

Proven ability to convey ideas clearly and foster collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders is essential. Strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication, along with the capacity to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively, is required.
