JOB SUMMARY
The Community Oral Health Officer delivers preventive, promotive, and primary curative oral healthcare services to patients, adhering to established professional standards and Ministry of Health protocols. Additionally, this role assists with community oral health initiatives, patient education efforts, diagnostic procedures, therapeutic interventions, and referrals for dental conditions.
Oversee and execute core duties including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining high standards of quality in all deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align goals, identify process improvements, and address operational challenges. Qualifications and Requirements
Holders of a recognized institution’s Diploma in Community Oral Health are eligible to apply.
Registered and licensed by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC), ensuring compliance with national healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
A current, active professional license in good standing is required for this position.
Possessing a Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) would be highly beneficial.
A minimum of two to three years of relevant work experience within a well-established healthcare institution is highly desirable.
