The position of Associate Professor at Grade 14 requires a Ph.D. in a relevant field with extensive experience in teaching and research. Responsibilities include developing and delivering courses, conducting original research, mentoring students, and engaging in professional development activities. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

A doctoral-level education is required for this position, obtained through earning a PhD or its equivalent from an established and reputable institution within the applicable discipline.

The ideal candidate must possess at least three (3) years of experience in teaching as a Senior Lecturer or an equivalent role.

Affiliated with the pertinent professional organization (when applicable).

As a Senior Lecturer/Senior Research Fellow, supervise the successful completion of at least four (4) postgraduate students, which must include one (1) doctoral student.

As a Senior Lecturer or an individual with equivalent experience and qualifications, it is necessary to have accumulated at least forty-eight (48) publication points. Out of these, thirty-two (32) must be derived from peer-reviewed scholarly journals.

As a Senior Lecturer or an individual with equivalent experience, secure funding for research and development initiatives or procure educational resources to drive growth in the organization.

Demonstrate a commitment to serving the community through verified volunteer work or other forms of civic engagement.

Responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing support to customers both in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to detail, be able to work well under pressure, and possess excellent organizational skills. A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
