Job Purpose
To maintain superior in-store execution for cosmetic, skincare, and haircare products, this role focuses on maximizing product visibility, ensuring consistent availability, and upholding brand presentation standards—all of which contribute to increased sales and an elevated customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Arrange and replenish products on shelves, stands, and displays according to planograms.
Ensure products are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
Set up promotional displays, testers, and point-of-sale materials.
Monitor stock levels in-store and backroom; ensure timely replenishment.
Track fast-moving and slow-moving items and report stock-outs.
Check product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired items.
Engage customers by providing basic product information and guidance.
Support in upselling and cross-selling skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products.
Ensure all displays meet brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
Maintain consistency in product placement and promotional messaging.
Submit daily/weekly reports on stock levels, sales trends, and merchandising activities.
Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with store managers and their teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty retail merchandising is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products.
