Your mission:

This position oversees the management of designated reseller accounts and cultivates key client relationships to drive sales growth within the Epsom product portfolio.

What you will do:

Liaise with the management of chosen non ‘Field Managed’ reseller accounts.

Deliver measurable results aligned with role-specific Key Performance Indicators, including a 40% annual account growth target, adherence to designated talk time benchmarks, and attainment of effective call metrics.

Cold call potential resellers, utilizing promotions and campaigns as engagement strategies. Evaluate prospects to determine their viability and the strength of each lead, guiding them through the sales process until final agreement is reached. Collaborate with other departments as needed to facilitate and secure the sale.

Duties include promoting and expanding sales of our product portfolio through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Facilitating resellers’ attainment of rebates through participation in partner programs while guaranteeing alignment with Epsom’s objectives and optimizing their business models.

Our objective is to elevate accounts to Field Managed status through strategic promotion efforts.

Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring they are consistently updated in the forecasting system to preserve data integrity.

Engage key business unit leaders in discussions regarding significant opportunities to guarantee sufficient stock availability.

Represent Epsom at shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings as requested, ensuring professional engagement and alignment with company objectives.

Proactively evaluate potential resellers who may meet the eligibility criteria for Plus Silver accreditation.
