Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or an equivalent discipline is required.
Seeking a professional with 4 to 6 years of practical experience in HR management roles.
Preferred candidates will possess prior experience in the hospitality, entertainment, clubs, or food and beverage sectors.
Proficient in Kenyan labor legislation and statutory adherence, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations.
Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee integration, and performance evaluation is essential.
Demonstrated expertise in fostering positive employee relations and effectively mediating workplace conflicts.
Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities are essential for this role.
Skilled in utilizing HR systems, managing payroll processes, and generating HR reports.
