Our client, a prominent player in the hospitality sector, seeks an accomplished HR Manager to lead all aspects of human resources management, including employee relations, recruitment, regulatory compliance, and workforce optimization.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Proficiency in embedded systems, C/C++, and hardware design principles is essential. Familiarity with microcontrollers, FPGAs, and PCB design tools is highly advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are necessary to collaborate effectively across teams. Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seasoned professionals with four to six years of hands-on HR management experience are encouraged to apply.

Professional candidates should possess prior experience within the hospitality, entertainment, or food and beverage sectors, with a preference for those who have worked in clubs.
