The Global Recruitment Intern will join our Global Recruitment Team, specifically contributing to the Operations subteam. This role involves reporting directly to the Recruitment Senior Coordinator while collaborating with colleagues across the global team.

Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness; lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals; develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company’s vision; monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement; foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving; ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies; prepare and present regular reports to senior management detailing performance, challenges, and recommendations; coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive growth and operational excellence; maintain strong stakeholder relationships to enhance communication and alignment.

You will handle routine responsibilities to ensure the smooth and accurate functioning of our recruitment operations.

You will manage the end-to-end candidate screening and selection process, from application review to final hiring decisions, while delivering outstanding customer service to every candidate. Additionally, you will take pride in meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to achieving excellence in every aspect of the process.

You will oversee the candidate database within our Applicant Tracking System, monitoring applications and evaluating data to enhance operational efficiency.

In partnership with your manager, you will contribute to the development and implementation of enhancement initiatives within our recruitment systems, leveraging data-driven insights to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

A relevant Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required for this position.

Must have:

Seeking candidates with at least six months to one year of hands-on experience in recruitment or a closely related human resources field.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse, is considered advantageous, though not mandatory.

You should possess fundamental data analysis capabilities, including the ability to identify trends and extract meaningful insights from datasets.

Proficiency in managing and updating Excel or Google Sheets, as well as other tracking systems, is essential.

Professional experience collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build consensus among varied interests are essential. Experience in facilitating productive discussions and aligning objectives with multiple stakeholders is highly preferred.

You demonstrate strong aptitude for acquiring new knowledge, intellectual curiosity, and a meticulous approach to details.

Demonstrates a strong command of the English language, encompassing both written and verbal communication skills.
