What you’ll do
Develop and enhance Laser fiche workflows, electronic forms (forms), and operational processes to streamline efficiency and productivity.
Automate routine tasks, streamline routing processes, and expedite approval workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Proficiently develop and implement system integrations leveraging SQL for data manipulation, APIs for seamless connectivity, and scripts to automate workflows.
Responsible for establishing and managing metadata frameworks, implementing robust security protocols, and structuring document systems to ensure organizational compliance and efficiency.
Diagnose technical issues and enhance current solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Identify root causes of problems and implement modifications to improve efficiency, functionality, and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate findings and integrate enhancements seamlessly into existing systems.
What you need
Skilled candidates must possess a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, or managing workflows and electronic forms systems, including but not limited to Laser fiche, DocuSign, Adobe, or equivalent platforms.
With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience utilizing Laser fiche, including Workflow, Forms, and the Admin Console, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in these key components.
Proficiency in SQL and data validation techniques is required.
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking capabilities are essential, with a proven ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges. Candidates must demonstrate resourcefulness and adaptability in addressing diverse issues efficiently.
Proficient proficiency in advanced English communication skills is required to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with diverse teams, and engage with stakeholders across international settings.
Nice to have
Proficiency in C, JavaScript, or an applicable software development kit (SDK) is required.
Proven expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) and Internet Information Services (IIS) is required.
Candidates must possess the Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) certification to qualify for this role. This credential mandates completion of an accredited doctoral program in psychology, along with a minimum of 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience. Additionally, applicants should demonstrate competence in administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions and conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations. A valid state license to practice independently is also required. Responsibilities include providing individual and group therapy, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
