The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales performance, cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships, and consistently meeting established targets.

Oversee core operational duties including managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to budget constraints while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and identify opportunities for innovation within the organization. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to align objectives, resolve conflicts, and facilitate seamless communication. Monitor performance metrics to assess progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leadership, providing timely updates, data-driven insights, and actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making. Additionally, foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development among team members to drive collective success.

Lead Generation and Sales: Proactively seek out and engage potential clients through on-site visits, referrals, and online channels to promote logbook loans, motorbike financing/sales, and phone financing/sales.

Client Relationship Management: Foster enduring, positive connections with both prospective and current customers to guarantee satisfaction and promote ongoing engagement and loyalty.

Product Expertise & Guidance: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of every available product and service to effectively communicate loan characteristics, conditions, and detailed specifications to clients.

Guide clients seamlessly through the application process for loans or purchases, meticulously collecting and validating all required documentation while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Conduct comprehensive financial and credit appraisals to evaluate clients or businesses, ensuring eligibility is determined, and potential risks are mitigated effectively.

Demonstrate consistent success by attaining or surpassing predefined sales and performance benchmarks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis across all product categories.

Monitor market conditions and competitor actions, then relay insights to management to contribute to the formulation of successful sales strategies and the creation of innovative products or promotional initiatives.

Prepare and deliver periodic reports summarizing sales metrics, customer engagement, and market insights for review.

Deliver exceptional post-purchase service and assistance by addressing customer inquiries and concerns with both speed and professionalism.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with experience with agile methodologies and version control systems. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are necessary. Knowledge of cloud services, such as AWS or Azure, and familiarity with DevOps practices are advantageous.

A degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related discipline is strongly preferred.

Proven sales experience, ideally within financial services, microfinance, or sectors like motor vehicle and electronics, is highly advantageous.

Proficient in conveying ideas clearly and effectively through both spoken and written English and Swahili, ensuring seamless interaction and comprehension.

Sales & Negotiation: Demonstrates exceptional abilities in selling, negotiating, and fostering meaningful client relationships, all while maintaining a results-driven approach.

A strong work ethic is essential, demonstrating the ability to self-motivate, meet targets consistently, and operate effectively with minimal oversight in dynamic, high-pressure settings.

Effective interpersonal abilities, particularly in customer service, are essential for cultivating trust and fostering enduring professional relationships.
