The ideal candidates will spearhead sales initiatives, cultivate and maintain customer relationships, and consistently meet established performance targets.

Oversee and execute core responsibilities encompassing the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across all projects. Collaborate with senior leadership to assess performance metrics, identify areas for growth, and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize outcomes. Maintain accountability for project timelines, budget adherence, and resource allocation while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication, resolve escalated issues, and ensure cohesive execution of business priorities.

Proactively engage in client acquisition by conducting field outreach, leveraging referral networks, and utilizing digital channels to generate leads and facilitate logbook loans, motorbike financing or sales, and phone financing or sales.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust, positive connections with both prospective and current clients, fostering high levels of satisfaction and driving repeat engagements.

Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of every product and service in our portfolio, articulating loan characteristics, conditions, and detailed specifications to clients with clarity and precision.

Guide clients seamlessly through the application process for loans or purchases, meticulously collect and verify all required documentation, and rigorously uphold accuracy and compliance with established company policies.

Financial and Credit Appraisal: Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients or businesses to establish eligibility and minimize potential risks through detailed financial assessments.

Strive to consistently meet or surpass specified sales and performance goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for all product categories.

Monitor market dynamics and competitor actions, delivering strategic insights to management to inform the formulation of sales strategies and the creation of innovative products or promotional initiatives.

Prepare and submit consistent updates on sales performance metrics, customer engagement details, and market feedback to ensure transparency and actionable insights.

Deliver superior after-sales service and support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints with efficiency and professionalism.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively within a team and with stakeholders. The ideal applicant should demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Prior experience in project management or leadership roles is highly desirable.

Preferred candidates will hold a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related discipline.

Proven expertise in sales, ideally within financial services, microfinance, or the motor vehicle/electronics sectors, will be highly beneficial.

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Swahili, with a strong command of communication skills.

Experienced in sales, negotiation, and cultivating client relationships, with a proven ability to achieve measurable outcomes through a goal-driven approach.

A strong work ethic is essential, demonstrated by self-direction, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a high-paced setting with limited oversight.
