Seeking a candidate with a strong background in marketing, including a minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing strategies, social media management, and campaign analysis. The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and marketing automation platforms. Professional candidates should possess practical exposure to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including but not limited to SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle/NetSuite, Sage, Odor, Tally, and other comparable manufacturing-focused ERP solutions.

We seek an experienced ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) professional to oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ERP deployment, strong problem-solving abilities, and expertise in modules such as finance, supply chain, and human resources. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, identifying process improvements, and ensuring seamless integration with existing business systems. Proficiency in ERP software, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential. A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as SAP or Oracle.

Professionals should possess strong expertise in data migration, system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), user training, reporting, and post-implementation support.

Proficiency in analytical reasoning, problem-solving, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement is essential.

Proficiency in internal controls, user access management, audit trails, cybersecurity, backups, and data integrity would be considered a valuable asset.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational efficiency to drive organizational success. Develop and implement robust policies, procedures, and performance metrics to optimize workflows and enhance productivity. Lead cross-functional projects with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining adherence to industry regulations and ethical standards. Cultivate a high-performance culture by mentoring and empowering team members to achieve both individual and collective goals.

Drive the full ERP implementation lifecycle, from analysis to deployment, by collecting detailed business requirements, designing process workflows, and validating that the system aligns with manufacturing controls, inventory management, costing, approvals, and reporting mandates.

Coordinate the migration of data, conduct testing, manage user acceptance, oversee go-live activities, deliver user training, and provide post-implementation support—all while fostering user adoption and optimizing system performance.

Monitor system performance, uphold documentation and controls, facilitate business reporting and analytics, and advance continuous ERP improvements in alignment with digital transformation goals.
