The organization is actively searching for a highly motivated and seasoned Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to assume complete operational leadership, enhance business processes, and spearhead the next stage of expansion.

You will oversee the management and coordination of seven key departments: Sales, Customer Service, Transport, Marketing, Call Centre, Warehouse, and Operations.

Enhance the client experience by prioritizing expedited resolutions for delays, breakages, and claims to ensure prompt and effective service delivery.
Responsibilities include managing air freight, sea container shipments, warehousing operations, transportation logistics, and customs clearance processes.
Foster robust global partnerships and deploy advanced technology solutions to enhance tracking capabilities and operational efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in education, child development, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on teaching experience in a classroom setting. Prior involvement in curriculum development and familiarity with educational technology tools are advantageous. Additionally, candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
A minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional experience in freight forwarding and logistics is required, with a demonstrated expertise in both air freight and containerized sea freight operations.
Minimum of five years of leadership experience in executive positions, such as General Manager, Director, or Chief Executive Officer, each involving direct responsibility for profit and loss management.
Demonstrates a strong history of delivering exceptional client service and enhancing operational efficiency within logistics environments.
Proficiency in the regulatory frameworks governing Kenya and East Africa, including those administered by the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), the Kenya Ports Authority (PA), and the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEYS), is essential.
A bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related discipline is required, with an MBA or credentials such as CULT or FIAT serving as valuable assets to your application.
