Our esteemed hospitality industry client seeks a seasoned HR Manager to lead all facets of human resources, including operational oversight, employee relations, talent acquisition, regulatory compliance, and strategic workforce management.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a comparable discipline is required.
4–6 years of progressive HR management experience is required for this role.
Preferred candidates will have prior experience within the hospitality, entertainment, club, or food and beverage sectors.
Proficient in Kenyan labor legislation and regulatory adherence requirements.
With a background in talent acquisition, employee integration, and performance evaluation, you bring valuable expertise to the role.
Proven ability to foster positive employee relations and effectively resolve workplace conflicts.
Seeking an individual with a strong ability to guide teams, articulate ideas clearly, and effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve organizational objectives. Proficiency in leadership principles, excellent verbal and written communication, and the capacity to build and maintain productive relationships across diverse groups are essential.
