Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems, encompassing both water supply and drainage infrastructure.
Install, upgrade, and service pipes, fixtures, and associated plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality and adherence to safety standards. Diagnose issues, perform necessary repairs, and conduct routine maintenance to prevent malfunctions and extend the system’s lifespan. Evaluate existing infrastructure, identify potential problems, and implement solutions to meet regulatory requirements and client specifications.
Diagnose and rectify plumbing problems, including leaks, obstructions, and operational failures.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to facilitate installations and tenant fit-outs, ensuring accurate translation of architectural and engineering specifications into practical implementation.
Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and building regulations at all times.
Maintain accurate records of all plumbing activities, compile detailed reports, and oversee the organization and inventory of tools, fittings, and consumables.
Facility operations are supported through oversight of water systems, collaboration on routine maintenance tasks, and management of associated service providers.
Conduct daily inspections, document water consumption levels, file maintenance reports, and facilitate seamless shift transitions while ensuring all risk-related information is accurately reported.
Candidates must meet the following essential criteria to be considered for this opportunity. The ideal applicant will possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the specified field, along with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline. Strong proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is mandatory, and familiarity with relevant regulatory guidelines is highly advantageous. A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in plumbing or a comparable maintenance-related position is required.
Experienced in the capacity of Artisan I or a comparable position, fulfilling duties with expertise and precision while contributing to the production of high-quality artisanal work.
Proficient in the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, drainage infrastructure, and water supply networks is required.
Proficient in analyzing and comprehending technical drawings and blueprints is required.
Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues with a methodical and analytical approach. Demonstrates exceptional ability to identify root causes, analyze complex problems, and implement effective solutions efficiently.
