We seek a highly motivated and seasoned recruitment specialist capable of overseeing end-to-end hiring operations while ensuring an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.

You will oversee key responsibilities in this position, including ensuring all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Your role will involve managing projects from inception to completion, addressing challenges proactively, and delivering results that align with company objectives. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be essential in navigating complex situations and driving continuous improvement.

Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of clients and positions, from initial sourcing to final onboarding, ensuring seamless alignment between organizational needs and candidate qualifications.

Collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and define precise job requirements is essential.

We identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional databases, and strategic networking initiatives.

Responsibilities include evaluating resumes, performing candidate interviews, and determining qualification alignment with role requirements.

Presenting carefully selected candidates to clients forms a core responsibility, while facilitating structured feedback loops ensures alignment throughout the hiring process.

Responsible for facilitating interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.

Responsible for ensuring the precision and integrity of candidate information within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.

Developing and maintaining robust talent pipelines are essential to ensuring a steady flow of skilled and qualified candidates for current and future organizational needs.

Remaining abreast of evolving recruitment methodologies and industry-leading approaches ensures alignment with current standards and optimizes hiring outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role; proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++); strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable software solutions, leading development teams to deliver high-quality products, mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards. Additionally, the role requires active participation in sprint planning, estimating tasks, and resolving technical challenges to meet project deadlines.

To excel in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of three years of specialized experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Preferred candidates will possess prior involvement in recruitment or HR consulting firms, although this is not mandatory.

Possesses a comprehensive grasp of talent acquisition techniques and recruitment best practices, demonstrating expertise in strategic sourcing approaches and effective hiring methods.

Proficient in conveying ideas clearly, fostering strong interpersonal connections, and maintaining meticulous organizational practices.

Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is essential for this role.

Proven capacity to juggle diverse responsibilities and priorities while operating effectively within a high-pressure, dynamic setting.
