As a management position, this role is responsible for overseeing one of the business’s most critical functions: driving Greenspoon’s customer acquisition, retention, and long-term value growth.
You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the entire growth ecosystem, encompassing acquisition, retention, customer experience, campaign management, customer journey optimization, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, strategic partnerships, assortment innovations, and novel commercial strategies to propel the organization to its next phase of expansion.
This position requires more than mere campaign oversight; it demands the ability to analyze the entire customer lifecycle, pinpoint the most significant areas of potential, and develop the infrastructure necessary to capitalize on those opportunities.
You will oversee a multidisciplinary team comprising marketing analysts, designers, and promoters, collaborating closely with departments such as product, technology, commercial, operations, finance, and customer service.
To establish a scalable framework, this position will transform campaign-driven growth initiatives into a structured, repeatable operating system.
Manages key responsibilities including overseeing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Guides the development of strategic initiatives, evaluates performance metrics, and implements process improvements as needed. Own the customer journey post-first order to enhance retention and repeat purchases. Drive improvements in second-order rates, 30-day engagement, repeat purchase frequency, reactivation efforts, and long-term customer value.
Drive performance marketing initiatives by strategically managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, email, WhatsApp, app channels, and other high-potential platforms. Analyze performance data to identify high-performing tactics and areas for improvement, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact.
Lifecycle marketing involves crafting and optimizing customer journeys across platforms like Breve and other marketing tools. This includes designing welcome flows, second-order flows, reactivation flows, win-back journeys, category journeys, loyalty journeys, and customer education initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.
Ensure our offerings are compelling, clearly articulated, and tailored to resonate with diverse customer segments. This involves emphasizing convenience, premium quality, health-conscious products, competitive value, exclusive discounts, a comprehensive supermarket selection, and targeted category-specific promotions.
Growth analytics involves monitoring key performance indicators such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, retention, repeat purchases, second-order rates, Average Order Value (AOV), purchase frequency, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), campaign payback periods, churn, and reactivation metrics. The role requires transforming data into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Develop a robust testing infrastructure to evaluate hooks, offers, landing pages, emails, ads, and customer communications. Facilitate rapid team learning and scalable implementation of successful strategies.
Enhance product and customer experience by collaborating closely with technology and product teams to streamline the customer journey. Focus on critical touchpoints such as checkout processes, search functionality, in-app interactions, landing pages, category discovery, payment solutions, and repeat purchase flows to eliminate friction and drive seamless engagement.
Focus on driving growth through a diverse product selection, identifying opportunities within products, categories, or business lines to attract new customers or expand existing ones. Collaborate with the commercial team to transform these insights into compelling campaigns and tailored offers.
Partner with key stakeholders to develop strategic alliances that attract high-value customers at optimal acquisition costs. Continuously evaluate emerging channels while maintaining a rigorous, disciplined approach to testing and implementation.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, along with at least two years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and strong analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities are also required, along with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
