Responsible for overseeing teams of WMS/ODS data clerks, material transporters, palletizing warehousemen, and MHE operators within the ODS and palletizing departments.
Ensuring factory operations align with BAT’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by facilitating accurate and compliant material issuance.
Supporting the production team involves verifying that finished goods (FG) have been accurately received and recorded in compliance with BAT’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Hourly rounds will be conducted through the factory modules to monitor Kanban reorder levels and verify the presence of Kanban materials, while also reviewing the production schedule and any other critical information documented in the 3-hour Sics.
Verify that all materials dispatched to SMD/PMD are thoroughly checked and accurately documented in the checker’s logbook in accordance with established requirements.
Ensure that the inventory levels at the Factory Kanbans remain within the specified requirements at all times. Monitor stock levels closely to prevent any excess accumulation of materials, thereby maintaining efficient production flow and minimizing waste.
