This full-time, on-site position for a Student Admission Officer is located in Nairobi. The incumbent will support prospective students throughout the admissions journey, addressing inquiries, sharing program details, and facilitating campus tours or information sessions.

This position entails evaluating applications, validating supporting documents, and collaborating with academic and administrative departments to facilitate prompt admission determinations. The officer will ensure precise documentation of leads and applicants, conduct follow-ups with prospective students, and contribute to both domestic and international recruitment initiatives.

The role involves engaging in community outreach initiatives, including participation in education fairs and school visits, while maintaining a courteous and professional environment for applicants and their families.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a relevant role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, and candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Must be capable of working full-time on-site in Nairobi, effectively managing multiple responsibilities while consistently meeting admissions deadlines.
