Summary

A strong preference exists for candidates holding certifications in Cisco-related programs, including CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or IT Essentials.
Proven expertise in the administration and upkeep of computer lab infrastructure, with a strong focus on resolving hardware-related issues efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software-related issues.
Possesses a solid understanding of Cisco Academy instructional approaches and established standards.
A minimum of one to two years of experience in networking or IT training is strongly preferred.
