Overseeing outlet performance and ensuring the achievement of expansion goals and benchmarks is a core responsibility, with key account strategies serving as the foundation for these efforts.

The Key Accounts Head will be tasked with overseeing critical responsibilities, including establishing and maintaining strong relationships with major clients to drive revenue growth and retention. This role will involve developing strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Additionally, the Key Accounts Head will collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer service to align on business objectives and deliver cohesive solutions. The position requires a proven track record in managing large, complex accounts, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and leadership capabilities will be essential to monitor performance metrics, track account health, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Expanding business operations and simultaneously enhancing brand equity through strategic partnerships with key accounts.

The incumbent is tasked with driving the attainment of sales volumes, revenue, and operating income targets across the full spectrum of product categories, including Beverages, Canned Fruits/Vegetables, Canned Juices, Cereals, and Fresh Produce, within designated retail chains.

Developing and executing the Annual Business Plans for all designated Key Account Chains.

Develop and finalize collaborative Joint Business Plans (JBPs) as well as supply agreements in partnership with Modern Trade Accounts through strategic negotiations.

Ensuring Demand Planning Accuracy involves overseeing that all accounts and stores maintain complete stock coverage across ranges, categories, and SKUs while delivering precise sales forecasts.

Ensuring timely collection of accounts receivable from designated key accounts in accordance with established trading terms.

Developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives for key accounts to strengthen consumer brand equity and awareness, while also overseeing and managing trade pricing strategies.

Responsibilities include overseeing external agencies responsible for merchandising and sales operations, along with conducting regular evaluations of their performance to ensure alignment with organizational standards.

Proficiency in utilizing Sales Automation and CRM Tools is required.

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a New Product Listing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently adding new products to our online catalog, ensuring all details are correctly entered and images are properly formatted. You will work closely with our merchandising and marketing teams to maintain consistency and accuracy in product listings. Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels to prevent overselling and coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in data entry, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms are essential for this position.

Compiles approval for annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in accordance with established organizational protocols and stakeholder requirements.

With a commitment to excellence, candidates must possess the following qualifications: a minimum of three years’ experience in a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential, as is familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards. Additionally, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Prior experience in project management or a similar role is highly desirable, along with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

A relevant academic background in Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration—with a specialization in Marketing—or an equivalent credential is required.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of professional experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.

Display a comprehensive grasp of essential sales functions, including order generation, delivery logistics, merchandising strategies, and account development initiatives.
