This position will be accountable to the Business Analysis and Business Architecture team, collaborating with Business Analysts and Transformation units to identify business requirements, evaluate operational workflows, and participate in the execution of organizational change programs. The intern will facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams by collecting specifications, recording process flows, and aiding in the formulation of solution designs.

This internship provides a meaningful chance to acquire practical experience in business analysis within an international enterprise. The incumbent will cultivate essential analytical abilities, enhance stakeholder collaboration, and refine problem-solving techniques, while engaging with authentic transformation initiatives. Additionally, they will gain insight into how business analysis drives strategic decisions and facilitates organizational change.

Principal Accountabilities

Provide assistance in gathering and documenting business requirements, developing process maps and user stories, aiding in data analysis, and supporting the creation of comprehensive project documentation.

Review deliverables to verify they meet agreed standards, ensuring consistency and completeness across all quality assurance activities.

Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and project teams to integrate analytical outputs seamlessly into project execution, thereby facilitating successful implementation and the realization of value.

Seeking a candidate with a proven track record in the field, along with a comprehensive skill set aligned with the role’s demands. The ideal applicant will demonstrate proficiency through relevant work history and possess the technical and soft skills necessary to excel. Responsibilities will encompass leveraging expertise to achieve key objectives, collaborating effectively with teams, and maintaining high standards of performance.

Essential

Currently enrolled in or recently awarded a bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field, including International Development, Business Administration, Project Management, or a comparable discipline.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and meet the minimum experience requirements specified for the role. Essential qualifications include proficiency in industry-standard tools and technologies, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, certifications or specialized training in pertinent areas may be required, depending on the position. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment are also expected. Compliance with any regulatory or professional standards relevant to the position is mandatory.

Essential

Demonstrated capability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities, encompassing administrative support, meeting logistics, and document handling, with a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, fostering constructive relationships across varied teams and stakeholders.
