Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, finance, or business administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential. Prior experience in project management or related roles is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are imperative. The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines is critical. Familiarity with industry-specific software or tools may be required depending on the position.

You must possess a Diploma in a field related to business studies.

Must possess a minimum grade of C plain in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) or its equivalent.

We seek candidates with at least one year of professional sales experience or a comparable internship in a related field.

Oversee and execute a wide range of responsibilities to ensure smooth operations, including coordinating team efforts, managing project timelines, and maintaining accurate documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align objectives and enhance productivity. Perform regular evaluations to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Lead initiatives to optimize processes, reduce inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Provide mentorship and training to support professional development and foster a high-performing team environment.

Developing a pipeline of potential customers by identifying leads through diverse channels.

As a key responsibility, you will educate prospective customers about the diverse range of products offered by BIAS Kenya Limited, ensuring alignment with each product’s unique features while prioritizing fair and transparent customer interactions.

Assisting customers in completing application forms for the desired products is a key responsibility.

The application and documentation submitted by the customer undergo a thorough review to verify their accuracy and completeness.

Authentication of customer details involves verifying the accuracy of provided information by cross-referencing original documents—such as National ID cards and passports—with their photocopies to ensure consistency and legitimacy.

Completed applications are promptly forwarded to the respective Branch Manager or loan officer for further review and processing.

Identifying and engaging potential customers for additional products that align with their specific needs and preferences is essential.

Responsible for maintaining the secure custody and integrity of all customer documents entrusted to their care.

Forward customer feedback or complaints to the relevant Branch Manager for review and resolution.

The field team collects and communicates market insights to leadership, enabling data-driven enhancements to our product offerings.

Prepare and deliver periodic sales reports in accordance with established requirements.
