The incumbent will report directly to the appointed Bid/Tender Manager, who will serve as both supervisor and mentor to the intern throughout the duration of the program.

The initial three-month period comprises rigorous training focused on bid preparation, proposal writing, and adherence to tender compliance requirements and documentation standards. For the next three months, you will actively participate in live tender and proposal projects, working directly under the supervision of the Bid Manager.
High-performing interns may be offered full-time positions as Bid & Tender Assistants or Pre-Sales Support Officers within Green Com, contingent upon their performance during the internship.

Prepare tender documents, proposals, pre-qualification responses, and supporting documentation in collaboration with the team.
Partner with bid managers, project teams, and associate consultants to compile comprehensive technical, financial, and administrative data essential for tender submissions.
Attend all pre-bid meetings and evaluations associated with tendering processes, proposal development, and compliance documentation.
Verify that all bid content is precise, comprehensive, and fully compliant with client specifications and tender requirements.
Assist in preparing comprehensive technical and financial schedules under the guidance of senior team members.
Develop a comprehensive grasp of Green Com’s business solutions, services, and value propositions to effectively contribute to proposal development efforts.
Engage in internal innovation initiatives designed to enhance both the efficiency and quality of the bidding process.
Handle any supplementary assignments related to ongoing tender and pre-sales initiatives as directed.
