Job Purpose

The Team Coordinator plays a pivotal role in assisting the Director of Program Delivery and the Senior Manager of Program Delivery to streamline planning, coordination, and implementation of program initiatives throughout Living Goods Kenya.

This position functions as a pivotal coordination and communication hub, facilitating collaboration among Strategic Projects Managers (SPMs), Senior Managers, program teams, and cross-functional departments. The role guarantees the synchronization of work plans, streamlined execution of activities, rigorous performance monitoring, and consistent delivery of high-quality documentation and reporting across all implementation counties.

This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency, fostering clear communication, and reinforcing risk management protocols, while also facilitating seamless cross-functional alignment to meet program objectives and execute activities successfully.
